Great food! Great info! Thank you!

This tour was such a unique, robust, and rich experience that helped me better understand cultures in our other parts of the world with authentic ambassadors from there that call our region home. Learning about spices, their uses, cultures, family stories from chefs, and connecting with others in our region at a community meal. 

It was very interesting learning about the spices. The food was amazing and the learning experience. 

I enjoyed hearing about the culture in Nepal. I especially liked when Christina told about her experience as a little girl – the smells outside told what season it was. The special dinner was amazing! I was so full! I liked hearing about the different spices and how to use them. The lunch was great! 

Wow! The information about the spices and how to grind them, I’ll be making at home. The feast was sensational! Perhaps next time include what spice is flavor profile in handout. Food, stories, and everything! Thank you, I am looking forward to more culinary adventures. 

Truly enjoyed the cultural exposure of Nepal, learning about spices, then the epicurean experience. Everything! The people.

A wonderful introduction to the food and culture of Nepal. We especially enjoyed the demonstrations – and the food of course! We enjoyed the learning experience and sharing with other people. We also like supporting small, independent businesses and the immigrant community.

The flavors for the food was incredible and the spice education was wonderful! I enjoyed hearing the different voices from the Nepali community, especially those who live in my own neighborhood.
